Cúrcuma Fermentada Orgánica - Yū utiliza raíz de cúrcuma fermentada que contiene un nivel máximo de sustancias bioactivas de alta biodisponibilidad, respetando al mismo tiempo su matriz natural. I do believe using this daily has helped my pain.
I also would like to recommend just taking a scoop full with a large glass of water. Although, I do not mind the taste, some may find it a bit “ spicy “!!

Strong taste, but I love to squeeze a lemon into it with a little bit of steam and just check it down every morning I went full effects. I’ve only been taking it for a couple of weeks so hopefully this will help my inflammation go down within the next month or two.

I’m sure the turmeric product has good benefits but there is an Ingredient in it that gives me heartburn. I have continued to use it at half strength which is tolerable and I’m hopefulI still get some ofthe benefit. I did change my auto ship to another product as I don’t think I want toreceive it again

This is one of the most underrated products!

It is very hard to dissolve. It settles down at the bottom of the glass. I don’t feel any difference than when before I started taking it.
