I absolutely love control! Since I have started taking it, I have dropped several pounds and feel more in control of my eating habits. It definitely curves my appetite and keeps me in check with my food intake

I love the taste of this supplement! I drink it everyday around 2pm and it prevents me from snacking between lunch and dinner. I usually want something sweet mid afternoon and the fiber from this drink, helps me feel full. Sometimes I mix it with Earth and Ocean greens if I missed a serving of veggies. The combined taste makes it a little less sweet which I thoroughly enjoy.

I like that the product Control is caffeine free! The downside is the taste. I’m having a hard time drinking this flavored powder. I’ve added twice as much water as package suggests trying to dilute the flavor. I really wish there was an unflavored option!

I was very excited to try YU Control! I am the exact consumer this was created for. Late night snacking, ok, bingeing is my downfall. It WORKED!! Cut me back to nothing on most nights, and some small snack when I do have one. It was the lack of food noise that struck me the most. I’m a happy Trimfit addict, 40 ozs 3x a day. Switching that night time 40ozs to Control instead has also helped my ability to sleep. One critique, it’s much too sweet, flavor is great but I can only enjoy at half a scoop. Thank you for an incredible line of products to help me get and stay healthy.

Some people think food noise goes away after losing weight. Well after a 65lb weight loss Im here to tell ya.. it doesnt lol. Control COMPLETELY takes care of that for me. Also keeps me feeling full. Literally so thankful for this tool for maintaining my weight loss.

Plus, I think it takes like skittles :D

absolutely my favorite Beautiful Yu product! It helps to keep me regular and fuller longer, but the taste is what I love the most! I wish I could afford to drink it multiple times a day!

I enjoy the taste of Control. Have only been using it for a few days so haven't seen any results. I have ordered trim fit and will mix the two together.

Awful sweet but I found by adding more lemon juice and keep adding ice I can get past how sweet it is. Works out great to keep me taking in more hydration. I also feel I do not get very hungry.

Preference is the TrimFit Lemonade
