A great way to start the day! I look forward to mornings now that I found CORE. I have less cravings for the typical breakfast meals I was relying on. I have been using CORE along with Trim fit packets for two months and it has made a big difference in many ways. I am no longer feeling like a bottomless pit and have a better sense of portion control.
