I started with a full scoop of Trim and a 30 oz bottle of water and found it too sweet. I ended up doing 1/2 a scoop and it tastes better. I do feel like it does really give me energy.
I'm not sure how I feel about Control yet. I also use 1/2 a scoop since a full scoop upsets my stomach. I like the taste, but I don't feel like it's "controlling" my hunger. I actually feel more hungry, which is crazy. Someone said to drink it on a full stomach, but I was trying not to eat until I was full. I want to eat my dinner and not want a snack after it. If I ate my dinner and had a snack or two then I would be full.

I have been completely addicted to coke a cola cod YEARS and in 1 week have not drank a single one with no headaches, no dizziness, no nothing thanks to this combo!!!! I’m still experiencing some cravings for snacks but not like I used to! This has been AMAZING! I can’t wait to see where I will be in 6 months!

So incredibly sweet. I only was able to tolerate 2 days before the sweetness became unbearable. And I thought I only made a one time purchase, so sadly, now I have to throw away 2 months worth! Would only consider purchasing again if it was completely unsweetened.

Keeps me full, hides food noises, I am not a fan of the flavor mixed with water , it is to sweet , almost bitter. I have been mixing it with Powerade zero to make the flavor more tolerable.

I love the bundle. Trimfit gives me great energy that lasts all the way through my late night shifts at work. I mix the Control with the YU collagen in 24oz water and drink half after lunch and half at work in the evenings. Normally I'm not a snacker so I can't really speak as to how it works with cravings but it does keep me full and I love the fact it helps me meet my fiber goals and works like a natural GLP1 as I deal with insulin resistance.
