Love this collagen! I slept on the collagen for years but decided to give it a try in tablet form. The first notable result was my nails growing super fast and being super strong, which is not close to normal for me. My hair feels fuller, also. I’ve only been using for 2 months but I am looking forward to seeing how my skin changes in time. I’ve heard great things from others about feeling like their skin was firmer.

My only note on the tablets would be that a capsule might make taking 3 a smoother process.
