Not my fave. It's not horrible if you're mowing the yard and chug it in a sense because you're thirsty in 16oz bottle. I've tried it after a lake day and in 40oz bottle and it makes me queezy. Nothing has topped the trim fit very berry flavor!

I like the hydrate by itself, but it tastes even better and take away the slight salt taste when it's combined with Control, Trim Fit or Collagen or all three!

I find the lemon and lime a bit too sharp but I now mix it with my Control (which I find a bit sweet ) and find this mixture quite nice to drink.

The strawberry Lemonade hydrate is much better than the original. Although I do not like the salty taste of it. It is much more tolerable
