I personally didn’t care for it

I personally didn’t care for it. The taste for me was hard to get down. I didn’t even drink the whole thing. So, to be able to review if it helps or not I can’t do, because I couldn’t stomach the taste to get that far. 😢

Not my fave. It's not horrible if you're mowing the yard and chug it in a sense because you're thirsty in 16oz bottle. I've tried it after a lake day and in 40oz bottle and it makes me queezy. Nothing has topped the trim fit very berry flavor!

I’ve been loving the Yū Hydrate — especially when I mix it with the Trim Fit! 💦🍓 It tastes so good (like a little treat), and I can actually feel the difference.
