Not my fave. It's not horrible if you're mowing the yard and chug it in a sense because you're thirsty in 16oz bottle. I've tried it after a lake day and in 40oz bottle and it makes me queezy. Nothing has topped the trim fit very berry flavor!

I’ve been loving the Yū Hydrate — especially when I mix it with the Trim Fit! 💦🍓 It tastes so good (like a little treat), and I can actually feel the difference. My husband is a cancer patient (oral chemo) and needs electrolytes but hasn’t had any luck with the right product…until now! The taste is good, a lot easier to the competition and also like the addition of amino acids.
