I love the taste of this supplement! I drink it everyday around 2pm and it prevents me from snacking between lunch and dinner. I usually want something sweet mid afternoon and the fiber from this drink, helps me feel full. Sometimes I mix it with Earth and Ocean greens if I missed a serving of veggies. The combined taste makes it a little less sweet which I thoroughly enjoy.

I like that the product Control is caffeine free! The downside is the taste. I’m having a hard time drinking this flavored powder. I’ve added twice as much water as package suggests trying to dilute the flavor. I really wish there was an unflavored option!

I was very excited to try YU Control! I am the exact consumer this was created for. Late night snacking, ok, bingeing is my downfall. It WORKED!! Cut me back to nothing on most nights, and some small snack when I do have one. It was the lack of food noise that struck me the most. I’m a happy Trimfit addict, 40 ozs 3x a day. Switching that night time 40ozs to Control instead has also helped my ability to sleep. One critique, it’s much too sweet, flavor is great but I can only enjoy at half a scoop. Thank you for an incredible line of products to help me get and stay healthy.

Some people think food noise goes away after losing weight. Well after a 65lb weight loss Im here to tell ya.. it doesnt lol. Control COMPLETELY takes care of that for me. Also keeps me feeling full. Literally so thankful for this tool for maintaining my weight loss.

Plus, I think it takes like skittles :D

I gave it a 3 star for now since only been using for 1 week so not sure how it will help. I have not lost any weight, but do feel it has helped with some of my snacking and food noise. Will give this first container a try and see after that if it is going to be for me.

I love the taste and if I know I'm going to be around a lot of picnics it helps me feel not hungry to eat everything and I only eat a small portion and I'm full. I love to take it with the trim fit cause that gives me more energy to get through the day I'm 69 yrs old and lost 30 pounds using bothe thank you for making it without all those chemicals

I LOVE Control!! The taste of Strawberry Lemonade🍓🍋, it tastes delicious!! The fiber that is in it makes feel full!! I am glad there is a caffeine free option for late days and night with out that feeling of the munchies or snacky attacks I can have at, especially since I am in the menopausal part of life now!! Being 52 comes along with all kinds of things!! I sometimes have the same issues with Menopause that I did when I was still having my period!! Such a great product, that is also sweetened with my favorite sweentner Stevia!! 🌿

I would recommend this product for anyone who is trying to get healthy, have CONTROL over snacking and that, like me want healthy optons to lose those cravings screaming at you at all hours of the day or night!!! 😊😊🎉🎉❤️❤️
