It tastes very good

It tastes very good. I have really good results without feeling as hungry if I drink it all at once. It did make me a lot gassy, but it did help with cravings.

So far ok. I mix it with trim. Seems to stop a bit of the afternoon snacks. I have to give it a good 30 days to make a true assessment.

Sugar water

Just tastes like sugar water, no flavor at all. Would have given it zero stars if you could. Added some Trim Fit lemon and real lemon juice to cut the awful sweetness. Sadly, a total waste of money.
