Not my fave. It's not horrible if you're mowing the yard and chug it in a sense because you're thirsty in 16oz bottle. I've tried it after a lake day and in 40oz bottle and it makes me queezy. Nothing has topped the trim fit very berry flavor!

I love Hydrate. It is refreshing and gives me an extra boost during the hot summer months. The other day, while I had good water intake, it was soo hot that I ended up using hydrate later in the day in addition to my daily packet. It was just what I needed. Lemonade is my favorite. Sad it is going but excited to see if there will be other flavors.
