I personally didn’t care for it. The taste for me was hard to get down. I didn’t even drink the whole thing. So, to be able to review if it helps or not I can’t do, because I couldn’t stomach the taste to get that far. 😢

Not my fave. It's not horrible if you're mowing the yard and chug it in a sense because you're thirsty in 16oz bottle. I've tried it after a lake day and in 40oz bottle and it makes me queezy. Nothing has topped the trim fit very berry flavor!

Not a fan of the flavor profile with this one. I have not tried the lemon/lime. While I enjoy the flavor of the Control, this one is different. There seems to be a "fizz" aspect that I'm not liking.

While I love many of the YU products, the Hydrate is not one I will repurchase. The taste is extremely salty, more salty than any other electrolyte drink I have ever tried. Flavor is just ok.
