Here at Yū, we strive to make your experience seamless. If you’re having trouble navigating your profile, please review these directions for assistance.
1. Logging in
Please locate your profile icon in the top right corner of the Yū Website home page.
Log in with your chosen email address. You will be sent a 6-digit code to your email for secure login.
2. Locating Order History
- Once you’re logged in, you can easily see your order history, including order numbers, order status, and total spent.
- You can also locate a list of your recent orders on your subscription profile page by navigating to “Manage Subscriptions” and “Orders”.
3. Editing Address Information
- Update your shipping information by selecting the drop-down in the top right corner and “Profile”.
- Select the pencil icon to edit your shipping address and update the default address for your profile.
- We also suggest ensuring the address attached to your individual subscription(s) is correct by navigating to “Manage Subscriptions”, selecting your subscription, and then selecting “Edit” beside your shipping information.
4. Managing Subscriptions
NavigationEasily navigate to your subscriptions by selecting your Profile icon, then “Manage Subscriptions” located at the top of the window.
- Cash Back Credits: This is your loyalty cash total, which can be redeemed on any of your upcoming subscriptions.
- Active Subscriptions: This is a list of all current active subscriptions and their next processing date.
- Inactive Subscriptions: This is a list of all subscriptions that have been previously cancelled.
Select any of the subscriptions on the overview page.
Understanding your subscription action buttons- Get Now: Use if you’d like to place an order for your subscription immediately. Your next order date will default to one month later.
- Skip: Use to delay your order by either 2 weeks or 1 month.
- More: Find more options here such as:
- Next Order Date: Use to reschedule your subscription to be processed sometime in the future, up to 3 months out.
- Cancel: Use to end your subscription.
You can reschedule your next subscription order date up to 3 months out by selecting “More” then “Next Order Date”.
Swap/Add Products to your Subscription- Swap or exchange one product for another by selecting “Swap”.
- Add more products and one-time orders to your subscription by selecting “Add Product”.
- Edit the quantity of an individual product or bundle by using the add and subtract buttons.
- Delete or remove products from your subscription by using the subtract button to move the quantity to zero.
5. Editing Payment Information
- Add a new card by selecting “Add Backup Card” under the Billing section.
- Edit a card number, expiration, billing address, or delete the card entirely by selecting “Edit”.
Apply Loyalty Cash to your upcoming order by selecting the desired subscription and the white arrow next to “Redeem”. You may then input the amount you’d like to redeem from your loyalty cash total.
