I'm obsessed! Before I started taking Total Hormone Balance I was having 2 week long periods and my mood swings were so bad, I literally felt crazy! I didn’t care for Total. It doesn’t taste very good. It made me feel nauseous within 5 minutes of taking it or like my sugar spiked. It also made sharp pains in my lower abdomen every time I used it. I wouldn’t recommend this product.
