Good taste but when I used more than half a scoop to feel the effects of it, it made me dizzy. And when k use less than half scoop, I don’t feel anything just adds flavors to my water. Won’t be buying again.

I decided to order this because of my friend who uses it and swears by it. She dry scoops it and I liked that idea because I am not a huge fan of overly sweet stuff in my water. I got it, and have been dry scooping and love it!! It's a nice energy boost that doesn't make me jittery or make me crash. I love the flavor and I actually only need half a scoop to help me get thru my day.
